An exchange system (or preferably, a swap) is a way of swapping banner links, so people can get more visitors for their websites. You can sign up, which is 100% free, and when you place the given HTML code on your website and people see it, you get credits, and with credits, your banner link will be shown on other pages, that are signed up for the same swap. This works for everyone, as long as your account gets approved. I will approve every account, as long as they don't break any of the rules.
